Privacy Policy

More GB has no account, no analytics and no tracking. It does not collect personal data, and the contents of your iPhone never leave it.
What the app reads
More GB reads two numbers that iOS publishes about the device volume: how much space is free, and how much the system reports it could release. It does this through Apple's own volumeAvailableCapacity APIs. It does not read, index, open or transmit your files, photos, messages or app data, and iOS would not permit it to.
If you open the photo tools and allow access, the app also reads your photo library on the device: sizes, dates and types, so it can list screenshots, large videos, RAW photos, Live Photos and near-duplicates, and the pictures themselves when you ask it to compress or convert one. Nothing from your library is uploaded, and nothing is changed or deleted unless you choose it and iOS asks you to confirm.
To draw its storage history, the app keeps one reading per day on the device.
These readings stay on the device.
What leaves your iPhone
One thing does, and only if you buy something.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details, card, or Apple Account.
To know whether a purchase is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which validates the Apple receipt and stores a randomly generated, anonymous identifier for the installation together with the purchase and its status. That identifier is not linked to your name, email, phone number, contacts or advertising identifier, and we do not upload any of those. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
Tracking
None. The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers, it does not fingerprint the device, and it never asks for the App Tracking Transparency permission because it has nothing to track.
Permissions
The app asks for permissions only when you use the feature that needs them:
Photos, when you open the photo tools, so it can find and shrink the photos and videos that take up room. Everything is processed on your iPhone.
Notifications, when you turn on the monthly reminder or the low-space warning. After you delete photos, the app may also send a quiet reminder to empty Recently Deleted; iOS delivers it silently unless you choose otherwise. Notifications are scheduled on your device by iOS, contain no personal data and are not sent from a server.
Nothing else is ever requested: no contacts, location, camera or microphone.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone, regardless of age.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing about you to access, correct or export. If you would like the anonymous purchase record associated with your installation deleted, email info@yigitech.dev and it will be removed; note that this cannot delete Apple's own record of your purchase, which is governed by Apple.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and the previous versions remain in the public history of this page's repository.
